Founder's Message
I'm Jayce Yap, I help team leaders to gain clarity and perform with simple framework.
I grew up in a family where financial stress was part of daily life. From a young age, I learned to survive early and work for my own pocket money.
Over the years, I’ve worked my way through many roles — from restaurant servant and shopping mall promoter to door-to-door direct sales, multi-level marketing, IT hardware and software retailer, real estate negotiator, team leader, and eventually Vice President in a top agency.
These experiences taught me more than skills. They taught me people — pressure, rejection, motivation, leadership, and the reality of working in teams.
For more than 20 years as a self-employed individual, I learned many lessons the hard way. I knew there was more I could become, but fear and self-doubt often held me back.
